It has been a while, longer than I expected. I became very ill a couple of years ago and the road back has been slow. Recovery is not a straight line. It is a series of winters. 2024 was the hardest. Last winter was better. My hope is this one is better again. The practice has kept its shape through all of it, and I am back out in the woods.
