@benroyce@mastodon.social Yes the Iran war is the immediate problem. But if Western finance had not screwed over Russia in the 1990s we might not have Putin to contend with. And if we had not promised Russia no NATO expansion and then done it anyway, we might not have a Ukraine war. The West makes its own enemies here, just like it made Iraq and Iran enemies by messing with their politics for profit. If Western finance had not done business with Stalin and Hitler...

@benroyce@mastodon.social This can all stop at any time. All Russia and the US have to do is stop bombing Ukraine and Iran. That's it. We know the culprits. Ukraine and Iran are defending themselves. They can't hold back because a sad little orange man throws a tantrum and doesn't like it, that's how they lose ground. And why would anyone make an agreement about anything with Trump? He doesn't even pay bills in his own country, why would he stick to agreements with other countries? His word is mud.
