But if Western finance had not screwed over Russia in the 1990s we might not have Putin to contend with. And if we had not promised Russia no NATO expansion and then done it anyway, we might not have a Ukraine war.
The West makes its own enemies here, just like it made Iraq and Iran enemies by messing with their politics for profit.
If Western finance had not done business with Stalin and Hitler...
