Just listened to THE SPOT OFF THE SIDE OF THE HIGHWAY on THE TRUTH podcast: https://www.thetruthpodcast.com/story/2026/2/11/the-spot Real nicely done spooky story with a powerful subtext of “teens are not great, actually.” I’ve often said that bad decisions make for great stories (in fiction) and this really really bears that out. Also, props to the author for doing the voice of “Mom.”
