@dx What method do you use for the AeroPress? The “original” recipe calls for 175 F water, but conventional wisdom for people who use it as an immersion brewer seems to be the lighter the roast, the hotter the water. I used an AeroPress in the past but have become uncomfortable with putting hot water in plastic, so I use a glass Hario V60 now.
