I just put this in the oven. It makes two quiches. I've never made it before. I listened to a movie on my headphones and stood in the kitchen boiling sweet potatoes and carmelizing onions with rosemary and OH GAWWD the house smells like a restaurant! :D
I can't wait to see what it looks like in 40 minutes!
