Hey US #Fedi friends: #Verizon home phone lines (VOiP). Is it possible for them to receive a SMS text message, maybe in the form of an automated computer voice message? Trying to send a SMS 6 digit verification code to a Verizon home phone (not copper/PSTN, it'll be a VoIP line over the FiOS) and it isn't showing up. Is there anything that can be checked to see if the line can receive SMS text messages? (I'm trying to troubleshoot this from 3500+ miles away :( ) Thanks muchly and please boost!
