@z428@social.lol Yes, that's always a risk. Sometimes I'm just buying the music to give the artist some money, like the Jeremy Blake purchase. I'm probably never going to seriously listen to more than 3-4 of those albums, but I wanted to pay him somehow for all the music and useful videos he creates, but without joining Patreon (I don't like monthly subscriptions). On Bandcamp I tend only to buy music I can't get on CD - often their CD shipping costs are extortionate, and something like https://www.jpc.de/ is better, and then that comes at a pace where I can really spend some time with each record.
