One of the more popular vendor systems in #SecondLife, Casper, apparently got hit by this vulnerability. They expect all purchases to go out soon(it's started but it's a lot of them to process), and several vendors have said they're ready to manually handle refunds/redeliveries if someone slips through the cracks.
