@ami_angelwings@urusai.social Pre purchased a Destiny 2 expansion, then switched to Linux, which is not supported/tolerated by Bungie. Bought a bunch of Warframe premium credits and then stopped playing. I guess they're still there.

@ami_angelwings@urusai.social #Questionoftheday American Psycho, the book. In audiovisual content: soulless britpop/indie albums I don't even remember any more.

@ami_angelwings@urusai.social charlie's angels full throttle it's not a movie so much as a collection of scenes in which things happen, any impression of a narrative is probably a result of the human tendency to find patterns in noise a script which could not have happened to a worse group of performers

@ami_angelwings@urusai.social Honestly, Sky Captain & The World of Tomorrow. It looked mediocre but potentially promising, and it’s the last time I felt that good going into or coming out of a Jude Law picture.

@ami_angelwings@urusai.social Neil Sedaka's Greatest Hits. I went down a really deep Simon & Garfunkel rabbit hole in junior high. I read an interview where Paul Simon cited him as a musical influence, and -- knowing absolutely nothing more about him -- bought the album on the assumption he'd have a similar sound. I played it once and cringed through the whole thing. There may be something else I can't remember that I hated worse, but a vinyl LP was a huge expenditure for a 14-yr-old, proportionally.

@ami_angelwings@urusai.social Quite difficult, as most sh*tty movies and other media stay with me & my friends as quotes that immediately cause a laugh riot for decades to come. So even bad things have a positive impact. But the most worst movie we watched together was actually "Signs". Personally, I regret streaming a SciFi show called "Salvation". It does not even have memorable quotes, but immensely bad writing and it ends on a cliffhanger (as I found out after two seasons).

@ami_angelwings@urusai.social I once chose to see a terrible local comedy act over catching The Fall in that brief period when Brix had rejoined the band.

@ami_angelwings@urusai.social The one that sticks most in my mind is probably seeing Waterworld in the cinema. I just felt... cheated.

@ami_angelwings@urusai.social The movie "Boxing Helena". One of only a couple/few movies I've actually gotten up and left after paying, because it was egregiously bad. That's the one that sticks out in my mind the most. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Boxing_Helena

@ami_angelwings@urusai.social I saw Zack Snyder's abysmal masturbatory fantasy in the cinema. Sorry, that doesn't narrow it down... The one set in an asylum/brothel/buncha videogames. I've memory-holed the name.
