REMEMBERING REALITY The mind comments on everything. It names, judges, explains, defends, and turns each moment into a story. The story keeps changing. One moment fear. The next certainty. Then blame, hope, memory, or anticipation. “NO COMMENT” ends that movement. It does not argue with the mind. It simply stops feeding it. And when the shifting commentary is no longer covering everything up, what remains is: REALITY. Not created. Not discovered.
