We (our entire apartment building) have been without power for 15 hours. Neighbors keep calling the electric network provider, but the customer service is an AI chatbot, and the human operators on the phone are probably also using an AI software. Therefore, different neighbors have been told, during the day, that the issue was solved (it's not), that there was never any issue reported (we have so far like 10 different ticket numbers), that the issue will be solved at time T (it hasn't been).

@annasdtc@sciences.social Presumably your electricity supplier has legal obligations on service times etc after faults, and you can have the regulator give them a good shake for completely failing to even start to deal with the problem, regardless of how they chose to manifest that incompetence... Maybe even call the regulator now to get things unjammed?
