Putting this out there because i've struck out on my own search: Looking for a pixel font in the style of Arial or Tahoma for old Windows 3.1 ~ XP UI text. The catch is that I need it to support CJK and Cyrillic, and ideally be an actual pixel font. Multiple fonts that I can mash together are acceptable as long as they're a similar baseline size. Ideally with bold variants but I can mostly make do without if need be.
