What are the best ways to prevent our open source noncommercial software commons from being silently fenced in by parasitic capital again? I know there's copyleft licensing, but you still need lawyers to chase down infringers. How do we fill that gap? I've heard you can give the project copyright to an org to fight that on your behalf, have any of you done that?
