@renwillis I don't think they're trying to, it's just that that's who they are (and have always been). But when their products get famous people start looking at their takes more. If you are founding a regular hierarchical company your morality is already questionable baseline.

@renwillis I'm not sure the quiet ones are better tbh. But at the end of the day people tweet/similar, I imagine they did so before they got famous as well. Everyone is online to an extent nowadays. Though I am thankful they tweet their opinions, makes me a better "informed consumer".

Left shoulder has been increasingly paining me for a week and I’m four days away from my first possible osteopath appointment. So I’ve now broken out the #GoannaOil and oh my between the heat and the fumes I’m in bliss.

I survived my first day back at work. Had a 10.30am meeting with a collection of experts and pretty much had to start with, “Please go slowly. I’m still trying to get my technical brain back into gear.” And they did go kindly on me. Phew.

First week back is always a bit of a shock after a week off. This morning and tomorrow it’s 3am alarms for 3.30am starts; Thursday & Friday it’s 2.30am alarms for 3am starts. Then Saturday I get to wake up at 2am because the body clock will be screwed up & non-functional :D

Today was Cino’s 19th birthday. He’s always been the most adorably wilful cat. He’s older and slower now than when he was a kitten, but he still just as obnoxiously loud as he’s been all his life. And just as loving. #CatsOfMastodon
