It is Monday morning, and it is time once again for your daily dose of a #SnarkyWeather report for Holt Michigan. Alright you beautiful bastards in Holt, Michigan, wake the hell up because it is 6 in the goddamn morning and Mother Nature decided to crank the humidity to a disgusting 91 percent and wrap the whole town in a thick wet blanket of fog and mist. It is 53.6 degrees out, the wind is dead calm at zero mph so the air is just sitting there like a fat lazy cat that ate too much, and you can see a whopping five miles ahead which is great if you enjoy driving into oblivion but shit if you were hoping to admire your neighbor's ugly shed. Oh and surprise, there is an Air Quality Alert hanging over us from yesterday afternoon courtesy of the NWS Grand Rapids crew who clearly had nothing better to do than remind us the air might try to kill us slowly. Probably from all the fart clouds drifting in. Monday bumps up to a sweaty 83 degrees with more patchy smoke and a light 12 mph breeze from the south southwest, just enough to blow the stink of your own bad life choices back in your face. Monday night we get a 67 degree chance of showers and thunderstorms with winds at 14 mph, so if you planned to grill naked in the backyard now is the time to reconsider you weirdo. Tuesday is basically a repeat of Monday's bullshit at 83 degrees with a 16 mph west southwest wind and another chance of showers and thunderstorms, and Tuesday night cools to 55 with storms possibly giving up and then parting ways for partly cloudy skies and a stiff 16 mph northwest wind that will mess up whatever hair you have left. By Wednesday the weather finally pulls its head out of its ass and gives us sunny 75 degrees with a 12 mph northwest wind, a rare day where you can go outside without feeling like you are inhaling a campfire's diarrhea. So for you planning activities this week: today is for staying inside and questioning your decision to live in Michigan, tonight and Monday are for wearing a mask like it is still 2020 but this time because the air is trash, and if you want to do anything outdoors without sweating your balls off or getting rained on wait for Wednesday you lazy fucks.

Here we are. The start of a new week. I really hope mother nature calms down a bit as last week was just down right crazy! Will she? well lets have a look at the #SnarkyWeather report to find out. Alright you beautiful bastards in Holt, Michigan, wake the hell up because here is your weather report straight from someone who is fucking tired of telling you it is partly cloudy for the tenth day in a row. Right now at 7:15 in the goddamn morning it is 59 degrees, which sounds nice until you realize it is thicker than a politician's skull out there with fog and mist and a humidity level of 90 percent. Yeah, 90 fucking percent. You are basically breathing soup. Wind is zero mph so the air is just sitting there like your lazy uncle on the couch, doing absolutely nothing. Visibility is about 5 miles which means you can see your neighbor's house but probably not his goddamn sense of boundaries. Pressure is normal, blah blah blah. Oh and surprise, there is an Air Quality Alert from yesterday because apparently the air is not just wet and shitty, it is also bad for your lungs. Maybe don't go for a jog and die, that would ruin my comedy. Now for the shit show coming up. Today you get 81 degrees and areas of smoke. Because fog was not enough, let us add smoke like the universe is smoking a joint and forgot to pass it to us. Wind picks up to a whopping 6 mph from the north northeast, so tiny. Tonight 59 degrees and patchy smoke, because consistency is for losers. Monday it warms to 83 with patchy smoke then mostly sunny, like the sky cannot commit to anything. Winds 12 mph from the south southwest, still weak. Monday night the skies finally grow a pair and bring showers and thunderstorms at 66 degrees. Tuesday 84 with showers and thunderstorms and a slightly less pathetic 16 mph wind, then Tuesday night it cools to 57 with a chance of showers and thunderstorms before getting partly cloudy. So basically if you planned a fucking picnic this week, you are an idiot and the weather will punish you for it. Bottom line Holt: wear a mask for the air, drive slow in the fog, and if you hear thunder just sit your ass inside with a beer because mother nature is having mood swings and you are not invited to calm her down.

it is Friday, and for some of you this means that the weekend is very close. Lets see what the #SnarkyWeather report is saying for today, and the weekend, shall we. Alright you beautiful bastards in Holt, Michigan, wake the hell up because the weather this morning is about as exciting as watching paint dry in a coma. It is 7:05 in the goddamn morning, it is 61.88 degrees which is basically sweater weather if you are a pussy, and we are sitting in fog and mist with 88 percent humidity. Yeah you heard me, 88 percent. It is so wet out there you could lick the air and get your daily water intake. Wind is zero mph so the mosquitoes are having a goddamn orgy on your porch and visibility is about one and a half miles which means you can see your neighbor's house but not the shit-eating grin on his face. Pressure is high at 30.1 inHg so enjoy that because the air is about to turn into a fart cloud. We have a Special Weather Statement from NWS Grand Rapids because apparently they felt the need to tell us it is foggy when we can already see we are in a damn cloud. We also have not one but two Air Quality Alerts from yesterday because the air is apparently too trash to breathe, severity unknown which probably means they do not know if it will kill you or just make you cough like a chain smoker. Now here is the kicker for your weekend plans you lazy fucks. Today it is going to cook your balls at 91 degrees with smoke blowing in at 8 mph from the south. So if you were gonna grill outside you are just gonna season your burgers with wildfire soot, enjoy that shit. Tonight 71 degrees and patchy smoke, real romantic if you like sucking on a campfire. Saturday we hit 89 with showers and thunderstorms likely and 15 mph wind from the west, so your picnic will turn into a wet t-shirt contest whether you like it or not. Saturday night drops to a brisk 60 and mostly clear so you can finally see the stars while you nurse your hangover. Sunday is 83 and sunny with a light north wind, actually a decent day for once so maybe touch grass you weirdo. Sunday night 61 and mostly clear, perfect for sneaking out to piss in the bushes. Bottom line: today is a smoky sauna, Saturday is a wet mess, Sunday is the only day you will not want to punch the sky. Plan accordingly and stop bitching to me about it.

Hey there everyone! well it is Thursday, and this means another version of the #SnarkyWeather report, smokey style! Hey there, Holt! Morning! If you’re here for a foggy, smoky, humidity-soaked start to the week, good luck with that. Let’s just say the weather’s decided to party and forget to wash its hands. Right now? You’re walking through a fog machine someone forgot to turn off, all while sweating like you’re stuck in a sock drawer. 86% humidity? That’s not moisture—that’s a personality cult. Fog’s so thick, I’m surprised you can see your own hand in front of your face. Welcome to Michigan’s version of a bad spa day. If you leave the house, expect to be miracle-wrapped in moisture unless you’ve got a fog-ass face like a hockey goalie. The alerts? Oh, sweet summer child. The “Special Weather Statement” is basically a text from Mother Nature saying, “Hey, I’m here, and I’m not done throwing crap at you yet.” Meanwhile, the Air Quality Alert is just smoke parties from hell. You’re getting smoked and fogged and humid-ified all at once. Shocking, right? Now, let’s talk about the forecast. Today’s high? 91°F. Yes. You’re going to sweat through layers, your drinks are going to be lukewarm, and smoke is going to cling to you like a bad memory. Wind’s 6 mph NNE—meaning the smoke’s going to come in from the north, which is just the weather’s way of taunting you: “Nice weather, but we prefer to play deadpan.” Tonight? Cooler, but the smoke’s still there, and the wind’s shifting east. Congrats, you’re now getting smoke from two directions. Friday? Smoke plus a hint of showers and thunderstorms. The weather’s like a toddler on a sugar rush: unpredictable and slightly disruptive. By Saturday, it’s full-on storms, and the wind’s at 15 mph. Are you ready to duck and cover like it’s 1952? In short: If you’re planning to be outside, pack a umbrella, a dehumidifier, and a sense of humor. If you’re staying indoors, expect your door to fog up on you like a horror movie. And if you must go out? Just be grateful the wind’s not blowing. Because 0.0 mph here means the fog’s taking a nap in your lungs. Stay alive, Michigan. You’re all doing great. Or… maybe you shouldn’t. It’s a foggy day. (Smoke if you love the air, idiots.) 🌫️🌧️

Good morning everyone! it is Monday, and for a lot of you, you think today sucks, because it is back to work. The first day of your work week. Lets see if we can get you to smile just a bit before you go to work with todays #SnarkyWeather report for Holt Michigan. Althou when you see the temps, you might not smile at all! Over to you weather person. (Sighs loudly into the microphone, leans back in the chair, and takes a long sip of coffee) Alright, listen up, Holt. It’s 7:11 in the morning on July 13th, and I’m stuck in this studio while you're probably still rubbing the sleep out of your eyes. Let’s get this over with before I lose my goddamn mind. Right now, it’s 59 degrees. Great. It’s a crisp, lovely morning. Enjoy it for the next twenty minutes, because it’s the last time you’ll feel a breeze that doesn’t feel like a giant hair dryer aimed directly at your crotch. The sky is clear, and the wind is at a dead 0.0 mph. Absolutely nothing is moving. It’s as stagnant as my career. Now, let's talk about the humidity. 91 percent. Ninety. One. Percent. Congratulations, you aren't living in Michigan anymore; you’re living in a warm, wet bowl of soup. You’re basically breathing water. If you step outside, you’re not walking, you’re swimming through a humid swamp. And here is the real kicker: The NWS in Grand Rapids has issued an Extreme Heat Watch. "Severe severity." Thanks for the heads-up, guys. I’m sure we were all wondering why the air feels like a hot wet blanket being held over our faces. Here is the "plan" for your week, if you actually think you can plan anything in this chaos. Today, we’re hitting 92 degrees. Mostly sunny. Translation: You’re going to sweat through your shirt before you even get to the car. Tonight it drops to 69, which is just enough time for your skin to stop bubbling before the real torture begins. Tuesday? Oh, buckle up, buttercup. 97 degrees. Pure, unadulterated sunshine. It’s going to be a fucking furnace. If you have outdoor plans, cancel them. Stay inside, crank the AC until your toes go numb, and pray your power grid doesn't give up the ghost. Tuesday night is 71, which is basically just "slightly less oppressive." Wednesday is more of the same. 96 degrees. Sunny. More wind from the West-Northwest, which is just a fancy way of saying "hot air coming from a different direction." So, if you’re planning activities, here is my professional advice: Don't. Don't go for a hike, don't mow your lawn, and for the love of all that is holy, don't wear black clothing unless you enjoy the sensation of being slow-cooked like a brisket. There you have it. It's hot, it's humid, and we're all miserable. Back to you in the studio, if you even care.

Hey there everyone! It is hump day! We are half way threw the week! Lets see what the #snarkyWeather report says about the down side of this week. Weather Report for Holt, Michigan – From Your Least Favorite Met Ed Current Conditions (06:49 AM EDT): Here’s the fun part: It’s mostly clear. Yeah, secrets. Just a drizzle of sunlight peeking through the clouds. Temperature? 58.46°F. Which is just warm enough to remind you that today’s forecast includes 89°F. Real thrilling. Humidity at 91%: Congrats, you’re living in a sauna that forgot to turn off. Even the clouds are pretending it’s a spa day. Wind? Zero mph. Which means your hair has a 50% chance of staging a rebellion. Congrats again. Visibility? Close to 10 miles. Which is great, unless you’re trying to hide from your ex. Spoiler: They’re not here. Pressure: 30.06 inHg. Which sounds official enough to make you think maybe this report is serious. Yeah, sure. --- Upcoming Forecast – Use This to Plan Your Existential Crisis: Today (89°F, Sunny): Oh, great. You’re gonna melt like an overcooked marshmallow. Bring sunscreen, water, and a cooler for your brain. If you forget, the sun will do it for you. Tonight (66°F, Mostly Clear): Cooler? Sure, and then you’ll regret not staying under that blanket. The cold will haunt you at 3 AM. Thursday (86°F, Showers + Thunderstorms): Slight chance? More like “if you don’t pack a raincoat, you’ll look like a sad emoji outside.” Thunderstorms are just Mother Nature’s way of saying, “I’m mad I can’t fit this forecast in a tweet.” Thursday Night (64°F, Chance Showers): This is the universe’s way of sliding a loaded gun into your umbrella. Umbrellas don’t work in thunderstorms. You’ll be fine, though. Probably. Friday (84°F, Rain Showers): Rain showers? Perfect. Now you can finally ditch that “I’m gonna fake a tan” idea. Also, consider investing in a life jacket. Friday Night (61°F, Slight Chance Rain): The rain might have fled, but the humidity? Still there. You’ll start crying. Don’t worry, I’ll blame it on the weather. --- Final Thoughts for Today’s Activities: If you plan to go outside, do it now. By Thursday, the weather might’ve developed a personality (bad one). If you have a child, please don’t let them outside. Kids treat thunder like it’s a monster to pet. Stay indoors, stay sweaty, and remember: This report is sponsored by Instant Noodles. Because nothing says “preparing for a thunderstorm” like a 2-second boil zone. — Weather Person (Tired, Bitter, and Triggered by Subpar Forecasts) 🌩️😤

It is a nice Saturday morning here, except for the humidity being rather high. I have my coffee so lets do this #SnarkyWeather report thing for Holt Michigan! Current snapshot (07:16 AM, Holt, MI) It’s a balmy 69 °F outside—clear skies, but the air feels like you’ve stepped into a sauna because the humidity is hanging at a ridiculous 93 %. Wind? Practically nil (0 mph), so the only thing moving is the sweat dripping off your forehead. Visibility is still decent (~10 mi) and pressure is hovering around 30 inHg, which basically means the atmosphere is as lazy as a Sunday‑morning couch potato. In short: perfect weather for feeling sticky while you stare at a cloudless sky. What the next few days have in store | Time | High / Low | What’s happening | Wind | |------|------------|------------------|------| | Independence Day (today) | 87 °F / — | Showers and thunderstorms likely – expect the sky to decide it’s had enough of being clear and start throwing water (and maybe a little lightning) at you. | 6 mph from the west | | Tonight | — / 64 °F | Showers and thunderstorms likely continue into the night – good luck trying to sleep with the sound of rain drumming on the roof. | 5 mph NNE | | Sunday | 82 °F / — | Chance of showers and thunderstorms – the weather’s playing coy; it might rain, it might not, but you should probably keep an umbrella handy just in case. | 9 mph NE | | Sunday night | — / 60 °F | Chance of showers and thunderstorms – night‑time drizzle to keep things interesting. | 10 mph NE | | Monday | 83 °F / — | Slight chance of showers and thunderstorms – the odds are low, but Mother Nature loves a surprise. | 8 mph NE | | Monday night | — / 61 °F | Slight chance of showers then partly cloudy – a brief wet spell followed by a half‑hearted attempt at clearing up. | 8 mph NE | What this means for your plans Morning activities (now‑until‑late‑morning): You can still get outside for a jog, a bike ride, or a quick coffee on the porch, but be prepared to feel like you’re walking through a warm, wet towel. Hydrate, and maybe skip the heavy layers. Afternoon/Evening (Independence Day): If you were hoping for a classic BBQ‑and‑fireworks extravaganza, think again. Thunderstorms are likely tonight, so either move the grill indoors, invest in a solid pop‑up canopy, or be ready to dive for cover when the first clap of thunder rolls in. Fireworks and lightning don’t mix well—unless you enjoy a spontaneous light show. Sunday: The chance of rain lingers, so any outdoor plans (hiking, picnics, yard work) should have a backup plan. Pack a rain jacket, keep an eye on the radar, and consider scheduling the more flexible stuff for mid‑morning when the storms tend to be a bit less aggressive. Monday: Only a slight chance of showers, so you can probably go ahead with most outdoor activities, but still keep an eye on the sky—just in case Mother Decides to throw a surprise sprinkle. Bottom line: Right now you’re dealing with a humid, wind‑less morning that feels more like a spa than a typical Michigan summer day. The holiday and the next couple of days are going to be a wet, thunder‑y romp, so pack your rain gear, keep your electronics protected, and maybe save the open‑flame cooking for when the storms decide to take a break. Stay safe, stay dry (as best you can), and try not to let the weather ruin your festive spirit—though if it does, at least you’ll have a good excuse to stay inside and binge‑watch something instead of dealing with soggy burgers. Enjoy the “freedom” of staying indoors!

Hello everyone. this morning most of the sky was a nice orange during sunrise. I wish I had gotten pictures of that. what I do have for you instead is the #SnarkyWeather report for us for the weekend. lets see what is in store for the weekend. I hope no more 90's! Good Morning, You Beautiful Disaster of a Day Well, look who’s cracking open their curtains to this masterpiece of a morning. It’s a chilly 74°F—because apparently, July in Michigan forgot what heat even means—and there’s a drizzle so light, it’s basically the weather’s way of apologizing for existing. The humidity’s at 75%, which is just Mother Nature’s way of saying, “Hey, you thought this was bad? Wait till later.” Wind’s blowing west at 8 mph, which is just the atmosphere’s sad attempt at helping, but like, come on. Visibility’s nearly 10 miles, so at least you can see the disappointment coming. Heat Advisory Alert (Because We’re So Prepared) The National Weather Service is warning us that today will “feel like 92°F” with a 50% chance of “showers and thunderstorms.” Oh, great. So the plan is: start the day cool and damp, then melt into a puddle of existential dread by noon? Brilliant. The advisory runs until 8 PM, which is just in time for you to realize your “sunscreen” is actually just old lip balm you forgot about. Pro tip: Slather on the SPF, or you’ll spend the evening looking like a lobster who lost a fight with a hairdryer. Today’s Forecast: A Rain Dance with Thunder High of 92°F with “chance showers and thunderstorms.” So, basically, it’s going to be hot enough to make you question your life choices, and then it’s going to rain on your parade. The wind’ll pick up to 12 mph from the west-southwest, which is just the universe’s way of saying, “Hey, let’s add a little more chaos to this mess.” If you’re planning to mow your lawn, enjoy the soggy grass and the 50% chance of lightning striking your favorite garden gnome. Tonight: Still a Mess, But Cooler Dropping to 68°F with more “chance” storms. Because consistency is overrated, right? The wind’ll dial back to 10 mph, but I’m guessing you’ll be too busy crying into your air-conditioned pillow to notice. Independence Day: A Soggy Middle Finger to Patriotism Thursday’s high of 87°F with “chance rain showers.” So much for your fireworks display. The wind’ll be a mere 6 mph from the northwest, which is probably too weak to even blow out your grill’s pilot light. If you’re hosting, prepare for soggy hot dogs and a fireworks show that’s either a dud or a lawsuit waiting to happen. Weekend Outlook: Storms, Storms, and More Storms Saturday: 84°F and “showers and thunderstorms.” Sunday: Repeat. The wind’ll be a constant 6–8 mph from various directions, like a drunk compass. Bottom line: If you’re planning outdoor anything this weekend, you’re either a masochist or a fool. Or both. Final Thoughts Michigan’s weather is like a passive-aggressive friend: it’s always there, never what you want, and probably going to ruin your weekend. Pack sunscreen, a raincoat, and a backup plan. And maybe a towel. For the puddle you’ll become. Stay dry, you magnificent disaster.
