I am enjoying a lovely day of in-body euphoria.
I notice how pleasant it is to exist within my body. I notice the muscles under my skin. I notice the way my skin feels tight around my body in certain positions. I notice my curves that contrast with long lines. I notice the way my form changes as I flex or release the tension in them.
I observe myself the way a stranger might - only I can shift and adjust myself in my reflection through this lens, and be both the Observed and the Observer. I observe that I could convince anyone I hold any gender and sex combination, if I put but my mind to it - even nude as I am now, in front of my mirrors.
My observed form holds an hourglass shape as I sit in morning meditation and then move through caring for my body with nourishing food and worshipping my mind with coffee. I return to the theme of connecting to myself, and creating the future that I desire.
The euphoria of many in-body experiences hover. Orgasm, gender euphoria, a feeling of general health and well-being, a foodgasm, so many others are right here, waiting for me to adjust my focus and just feel them, anytime I choose. I hold these euphoria feelings close, ready told combine them and soar on all of them. I understand that my emotions are medicine I create and mix with my own mind, using my own will.
Collecting the feelings of my own experiences as ingredients to enhance my inner magic, I prepare to soon combine them to connect myself with the details of the future I desire. I will allow The Universe to open the path to that future, Knowing it simply awaits my decision to allow it to come in.
I feel the muscles of my arms and abdomen hold tight, from recent swimming. I feel my spine straighten. I feel my shoulders relax into alignment with my neck. I feel myself ground through the earth to The Universe, to all that is. I feel my body tingle as I take a glimpse of myself the way a lover might. I allow myself to feel desire as both the person looking and the person being looked upon.
Now, I quiet those inner fires, knowing I can stoke them at any time, choosing to open the flow of my mind and see what thought bubbles up. Will I engage the next thought, or let it float by?
It is, after all, simply a decision.
