#LakeOntario " #LakeAmerica" #Trump bullshit is an insult to #NativeAmerican peoples
Says me?
Says #JCSeneca, president of the #Seneca Nation, of the #Haudenosaunee ( #Iroquois) Confederacy
A blistering good read:
https://sninews.org/2026/08/28/seneca-nation-president-addresses-president-trumps-call-to-rename-lake-ontario/
"We will always call Lake Ontario by the name derived from the language of our ancestors – the name that, like the strength and influence of the Seneca people, will live on forever, long after the intrusive political tirades of individual men"
👏👏👏
