#TIL James Clavell, author of the "Asian Saga" novels like Shogun, Taipan etc which I read in the 80s & 90s, wrote the script for The Fly (1958), the scifi-horror film in tonight's #MonsterdonDoubleFeature watch party He also wrote the script for The Great Escape (1963) we had in #FridayThrillerClub in September #JamesClavell #Shogun #TheFly1958 #SciFi

I am currently listening to Tai-Pan by James Clavell. As soon as I‘m through with it, I‘ll be taking up a re-listening journey of THE DARK TOWER by Stephen King. All novels, one by one. #audiobooks #JamesClavell #StephenKing #TheDarkTower
