  Wow. You can't use #blender IK with a pole target without having a freely pivoting joint at the base? Is there no way to feasibly IK-rig a mechanical arm without a ball-and-socket shoulder?

  So... #blender friends... Any tips for getting some grease pencil lineart to play properly with transparency and occlusion? Like with a lot of overlapping layers such that brute-forcing with view layers and the compositor is incredibly tedious?

  Ok, dumb #blender question: What did I do so that selected vertices don't show up through other geometry--xray lets me select stuff but now I can't see the selected vertices unless I make everything transparent which just makes a mess. It's gotta be some kind of setting, because if I open another file it behaves like it used to.

  Why are all PC cases these days made for children? Just put the damn USB ports on the front, you cowards. The top of the case is for all my random crap, not USB cables.
