#Omarchy Linux and #AI #Agents got my old iMac back up and on the tide. To paraphrase @dhh: Look at all the IDEs I'm not opening! 😜

• View post

Are IDEs losing their centrality in software development? It looks like we're quickly moving from choosing the best IDE for writing the cleanest and most optimized code to selecting the perfect tool to argue with an LLM until it writes the code we meant. #IDEs #AI #Programming

In the last few months I've often found myself writing wrappers to call Logger on android, NSLog on iOS, console.log on the web etc... to have a single entry point for logging in my KMP projects. Eventually these wrappers became a logging library https://github.com/xabaras/kmp-cat

A few days ago I made an attempt to try and communicate with my local Cursor CLI instance right from Telegram. First I tried cursor-cp, but it could only use cursor sdk, no CLI integration (thus cursor sessions lived just in the telegram chat), so I built a CLI bridge over it. If you wanna have a look I made a fork of the original project on #GitHub with the help cursor itself. Any suggestions are more than welcome. https://github.com/xabaras/cursor-cp-cli #AI #cursor #cli #agents
