  KYPSC says federal data shows the cost of electricity for residential ratepayers in Kentucky has increased by 21.8% from 2020 to 2025.   Indiana & Michigan Power on Wednesday announced it wants to cut electricity rates. The plan would reduce bills by $79 million a year, saving the average residential customer about $100 a year.
