Some time in the 90ies I attended an inhouse conference at URW in Hamburg and all attendants got the opportunity to do something with the super expensive Ikarus typedesign app. The idea was to edit an existing typeface somehow. So in a collaborative effort we created this: Didon't - I still love the process, but in my memory the result looked nicer :-) #typedesign #typography #urw

In Adobe Illustrator you can apply effects to all object types and then you can create interesting things in a way that is dynamic. So these here adjust to moving stuff around: https://youtu.be/FYEw4jf_KnE #tutorial #AdobeIllustrator #design #vector

Something useful I wanted to do with all the Illustrator documentation I have collected over the years: fill the gap in James Wamser's Illustrator Feature guide. So over the past few weeks I have assembled the overview of new features in versions 1 to CS5. You can read and download the complete guide here: https://indd.adobe.com/view/0bff348c-febc-4351-8a11-8101037228d9 #illustrator #history
