I have Pop installed on my main machine and it’s started to become too full of junk. As I am seriously thinking of trying another distro, till Cosmic is production ready, I am wondering which stable distro would you recommend? #Linux

@pixelfed I'm looking forward to trying this, as the Groups thing is the only real reason why I'm still on Facebook!

Been configuring my new #KDENeon installation, on my #Entroware Athena! 🙂 I wanted to give this a try, as a way to experience #Plasma6 as the @kde devs intended. #KDE #Linux #EntrowareAthena

@archer72 I've never gotten the appeal of using the terminal for almost everything, to be honest. It's one of the reasons why I've never seriously looked at Ranger or those terminal based browsers!

@archer72 what is it with Linux and strange naming conventions? 😂 Not heard of nnn before. 🙂

@archer72 @hpr Urxvt, is one that immediately springs to mind. 🙂 How did the show go?

Got my first true #KDENeon issue to try and fix. My external monitor wakes up just fine, when waking my laptop from sleep, yet the internal monitor is completely black. This will be a test of my research and technical ability. 🤔 @kde #KDE #Linux

@libreoffice this will bode well for the future, when their IT departments are experienced in the software and can contribute code to it!

@CollaboraOffice and one reason not to... it's online focus!

@nixCraft you don't really need skills to use Linux, just the right distro!

My new #MicroSD card has just arrived. This will, hopefully, make flashing distros to my #PinebookPro much easier. 🙂 I know 128GB is overkill, but I'll probably find a use for that. 🤔 #Linux #Pine64 #Samsung

@Vivaldi I have an issue with a website, where it jumps back up to the top when I've scrolled down half the page. It only happens on Vivaldi (and Brave). How would I find out what the issue is? It doesn't happen on any other browser that I've got installed. Here's the website concerned: https://fulltime.thefa.com/displayTeam.html?teamID=527051301&league=1854955

@TheBen @kde would you happen to have any news about this, that you're able to share?

Does anyone know if there's an #OpenSource equivalent to something like Journelly? https://xenodium.com/journelly-for-ios Just came across it today, but while I like the concept of it, it's #iOS only! And I'm not paying for something I've never heard of before! #journaling #applications #NoteTaking

@pixelfed would this include being able to paste in screenshots, so we don't have to download them first?
