So I discovered last night that you can apparently buy an emote or a skin for your mount or something like that in #Palia that's effectively you riding a witchy broom. I've done so well with not spending real world money in this game, but I kind of feel like I need it. #cozygames

You know what I didn't expect to be collecting as the result of playing a Toreador in my #VampireTheMasquerade #LARP? Fans. But when the space you play in gets ridiculously warm even with the AC going, those things are freaking lifesavers. I own four now, and three of the four were ridiculously inexpensive purchases from my local Dollar Tree. The most expensive one is the black spiderweb fan I'm using for tomorrow night's game, and even that one didn't cost me...

I feel like the day after a #LARP event is always a bit weird. You had a great game and a lot of fun moments, but not even 24 hours later, you have to adjust to being a normal human being again.

After streaming with a PNG that (mostly) looks like me for months now, I think it might finally be time to come up with something even MORE like me. Or, rather, what I would LIKE to be. The problem is settling on what that looks like. I have THOUGHTS, but the cohesiveness isn't there yet. I'm going to be honest with you all. I at no point anticipated "VTubing in 2026" to be on the hypothetical bingo card, but I'm not exactly upset about it, either. I...

RE: https://mastodon.social/@massivelyop/116857370279139136 I honestly don't even know how to process this. I've followed Bel across multiple platforms over the years, and I feel like if anyone was a beacon of light in the gaming blogging world, it was him. It won't be quite the same without him. RIP, Bel. You'll be missed so much, sir.

I feel like most people in the US are taking today to watch something patriotic or historical today. Maybe even a concert celebrating America with fireworks at the end or something. Am I? Nope. Starkid released their remount of The Guy Who Didn't Like Musicals today, so I'm watching that instead.

Inexpensive ebooks are dangerous, y'all. I just bought a whole bunch because they were on sale, and now there are MORE I want to read that are ALSO on sale. And normally, I'd leave well enough alone, but some of these are, like, $3 USD compared to the $13 or so they usually cost.

Sometimes, I am baffled by the things Amazon recommends to me or thinks I would want. Today, it tried to convince me I would like a soccer ball (which I do not and have not looked up whatsoever on Amazon before so I don't know where it got that idea from).

I have the sneaking suspicion that keeping the #DeadByDaylight livestream up at this time of night is probably a bad plan for me, especially considering how easily I can get scared, but it's up nonetheless. Right now, I feel like we're all just in a holding pattern waiting for the reveal as we watch this shed in the middle of the woods.

So I'm weirdly excited about the Lost Boys musical. Haven't seen it yet and I've only heard a couple of songs from it so far like when the cast performed on GMA a few days ago, but from everything I HAVE seen/heard, the vibes feel spot on and I'm here for it. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PciwgOPwZbQ

Something has stolen away a singular sock from my last pair of fuzzy socks and I'm sad about it. Guess it belongs to the house spirits now, or, you know, some sort of entity that collects lost things.
