@kcarruthers That’s a pretty rough judgment you made. According to the article, she spoke against the war several times, but refused to publicly denounce Putin himself. Consider that she probably has family and friends in Russia who would be endangered by such a denunciation. In any event, what business does the Met Opera have in demanding that she make statements on political topics? I hope the Met Opera has to pay her jillions for their horrible lapse in judgment.
