That's too much of my own complaining on my feed, time to bring my focus back around. #ThreeGoodThings 1. Had a lovely afternoon and evening yesterday, got back out in nature and got emotional rest, and then got to do yoga at the beautiful studio I've been going to. 2. The paperwork I need to do ended up being fairly easy. 3. I have a good reason to get out of the apartment this morning again. I can always take the next right step, and I only have to deal with consequences of the mist...
