    I have made zero progress with my physical transition since I started socially transitioning in 2022. The constant dissonance of my physical versus my mental /spiritual is actually fracturing my mind I think. I&amp;#39;ve been seriously considering de-transitioning, I don&amp;#39;t see myself having enough money to support my transition anywhere in the future, there&amp;#39;s just so much more I need.
