We have arrived in our house in Italy. Lots of stuff to sort out, but the new adventures can now begin 🙂 #emigration

I want to download the app for our new energy provider in #Italy. But my Google Play account is Dutch so I can't get it. OK, so just change the country in the settings, you would say Nope Can't change the country if you have a Google Family. Can't delete the Google Family without messing a lot of things up with the kids' accounts and subscriptions .. So, just wait until the kids are 16 or old enough to use a de-Googled phone..

I have setup a #DeltaChat group to chat about the #Fediverse in general. If needed we can setup some separate channels for specific topics, let's first see if people are interested at all: https://i.delta.chat/#4FA0E7CE2DEDD12A59CA1104F420F3F7B8F1C69D&v=3&x=7yUr8QW5LNmIRCyxIj4ReSr2&i=SojZqtIVxUKMF9inrgB9PCzE&s=hKpSUto77fIP8o3ll21ZTMrV&a=bve3kaw4c%40chat.in%2Dthe.eu&n=Ruud&g=Fediverse+Chat If you don't use DeltaChat yet, check our server https://chat.in-the.eu...

It's been a while, but I've updated our #phanpy install You can reach it here: https://p.mastodon.world For those that don't know it, it's a alternative GUI for Mastodon, you can use it for mastodon.world but also for other instances, you can configure multiple accounts.

@signalapp@mastodon.world Yes, I did! 🙂 Did you think about donating to the Mastodon server you're using? :mw: We're also a non-profit. https://ko-fi.com/fhfworld

@AndreaGouda Nee ik heb zelf geen problemen en ook van niemand anders gehoord. Werkt het ook niet in de web browser? Ik heb die app zelf nog nooit gebruikt.

Sure, while waiting for a security release of Sharkey, the Mastodon team releases a security release of Mastodon 🙂 So I'll be patching 6 instances now..

I'm setting up a #Loops instance, which is a Fediverse platform for sharing short videos. It's not finished configuring yet, but for the curious, here's an invite for the first 5 users that want to create an account. https://loopz.world/invite/a_019da747-011d-725b-9987-8a1db0d70a6dHs6jvsr @dansup@mastodon.social

Cleaning out the house (because we're selling it), I find loads of old stuff. Just found the iPhone 5 that got ran over, and PC games on CD-Rom (#Pratchett's Discworld, Unreal Tournament 1998..) Trip down memory lane. And almost all going to the bin.

@humanhorseshoes The new house will be smaller. And in another country. So not taking all trash with me :-) I can generate new trash
