    Did you know that if your interface language on your phone is not English and you turn off the AI dubs into your language that YouTube so kindly offers because they turn the dialog into a monstrous parody of human language, but they way you did this is by setting the audio language to Original English, YouTube will (sometimes) offer you an AI dub in Original English that is also a monstrous parody of human language?

    RE: https://snabelen.no/@ajnn/117448423153591573 This was so much worse than I anticipated when I clicked on the link: the ads from an Israeli company targeted Al-Jazeera and NATO. Maybe the ad blocker should be at the router level rather than in a browser.

    It&#39;s soon to be Bandcamp Friday again, and once again I&#39;m finding myself going through Bandcamp&#39;s own editorials, such as this list of Best Metal Albums of August: https://daily.bandcamp.com/best-metal/the-best-metal-on-bandcamp-august-2026 … skipping all the US-based bands for now, and looking the others up on Qobuz for a preview.     Watching a guy play guitar on YouTube and suddenly I&#39;m like &quot;Honey, you need to turn that reverb down and drive that sound a little more&quot; (later on, I get the second half of that wish). That never happens! I guess I&#39;ve been paying attention to guitar tones a lot, subconsciously.
