  Well I had a lovely walk and feel silly for letting my daily walk slide. True, it was probably sensible not to walk up the tree-lined street to town during #stormausten and #stormboelo but there were other days I could’ve gone but didn’t. The sun was shining and there’s a nice breeze, everywhere smelled of wet fallen leaves. I went via the churchyard where a mature tree had come down in the storms. I had a nice chat with a young man I read as queer in the mini supermarket. Now to ready myself...

I have been involved in research in conjunction with Llanelli food bank, I know how much people value a proper home cooked meal but despite the food bank’s best efforts, that’s hard to achieve if you are living on food parcels. This gives so many more people the chance to have a satisfying meal #food #FoodInsecurity #poverty

  I think it’s time to start doing #3goodthings again.
