  Well these were the easiest inserts I’ve fitted. Like a 10 minute job. They don’t have the structure of a Rimpact or Cushcore-type but ought to help. I am kinda left thinking that I could just have cut strips from a sleeping mat though. 🤷‍♂️ #cycling

  Perhaps #TMI but it may give someone else strength: A big day today. I’m moving out on separating with K after 30+ years together and 20 years married. Amicably, and we each know it’s the right thing to do. Mentally and emotionally we split up years ago, but now practically too. It’s never too late to take a positive step and make a fresh start.
