<p>I made My Zen Place because of my own stress and anxiety. I needed a calm spot I could escape to when my head got too loud, so I built one.<br />I still use it myself. When stress piles up, or a fear or phobia hits, I open it and let the sounds, the quiet and a few simple mindfulness techniques slow everything down.<br />It isn&#39;t a cure for anything, just a small, gentle space that helps me breathe a little easier. If it does the same for you, that makes me really happy. 🌿</p>
