    If your company isn&amp;#39;t following their own internal processes for projects, maybe they should change the process so it IS followed, rather than people constantly lying to themselves and making exceptions. As a highly therapized person, this seems like an obvious failure point.

    One thing you notice as a trans person is how many of us seem to be either neurodivergent, or have a chronic illness or disability (or some combination of all three).     What if instead of jumping back and forth an entire hour at a time, we adjusted the time by a minute every few weeks? We already do arbitrary &amp;quot;leap second&amp;quot; adjustments throughout the year. Just do the same thing with minutes instead of this stupid DST shit.
