The temperatures outside are insane! Good thing I'm a hermit and never go outside. :blobcatmeltcry:

I got my first folding phone and I'm liking it a whole lot more than I thought I would. The battery life is amazing, I can go three days without a full charge (only plugging my phone in for Android Auto for a few minutes at a time). Reading comics and manga are especially nice on the unfolded screen, though vertical formats like manhwa and webtoons are still better when the phone is folded.

It's finally starting to get warm after a pretty decent winter. I'm in love with snowboarding, but going outside in a t-shirt and not having to worry about freezing is nice.

Now that I've taken a million photos, it's time to sift through several hundred, mostly-similar shots to see which one is even worth processing in #darktable :blobcatmeltcry: #photography #写真

I went to a Bic Camera to check out new cameras in person, but man, those price stickers are absurd. Especially if I just look online and compare the prices there. :blobcatmeltcry:

I just recently got a new camera and a macro lens. I'm still playing around with them, but I think I can get some really good photos. #photography #写真

Processing my photos after taking them is usually the most tedious part of #photography and the part that I avoid like the plague. Though... the more I do it, the more I learn about #darktable and the more I consider it another layer of the creative process. Lately, it's actually been satisfying to see a photo reach even greater potential, even if it's only step by step.

I just realized that I'm still burned out from getting my Bachelor's degree and I've been in a slump ever since --- and that was almost 5 years ago! That being said, I _could_ enroll for a Master's program... :ablobcat_frustration:
