  Yes, there was sprint planning and kanban, even release schedules. But it means nothing when you have multiple managers all expecting deliverables on the same day the issue is found. On the other end, there were weeks and months of literally nothing to do but I had to make it seem as there was a lot to work on and reporting on it daily. Made me suffer more than if there was actual work to do.
