  Yes our SaaS is scalable, it uses sharding and replication to do so. Users.ini is replicated onto every server that we have, and we have sharding in a sense that not every server holds the same Users.ini (it might be outdated). replication delay 1-3 business days (not from 12AM to 6AM).
