The PHP bug forced me to update a legacy service still running on Ubuntu 22.04; I chose to switch to Debian 13 (Trixie) because Ubuntu is getting a bit annoying lately. The transition went smooth and most system commands are perfectly compatible with my muscle memory. Debian stable tends to be a bit less bleeding edge, but for a legacy system I value LTS much more, so... good choice so far! #linux #debian #ubuntu

The vibe coded hot mess which is called Jira added an infuriating bug. When you return from another view, the filter “hide subtasks” is still checked but not active any more. Sorry dear product manager for yelling at you for creating what looked like random tickets. Atlassian: you should be very ashamed!

RE: https://social.wildeboer.net/@jwildeboer/116458450021511216 Oh sad indeed 😡 Looks like moving forward it is smart to establish are real independent foundation for ownership, like the HomeAssistant people did. But then, that incurs costs, and when is a project "big" enough to take this step? All the best to the real meshcore.io for now! #meshcore
