<p>I am but a humble code farmer. Work-wise, it&#39;s a bit dull. When I have the energy for non-work tech, it&#39;s probably in some obscure Lisp dialect, especially tinkering on/with, and occasionally contributing to, <a href="https://functional.cafe/tags/fennel" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>fennel</span></a></p><p>My favorite covid-times pastime has been diving into weird/funky/experimental music from music scenes I haven&#39;t explored yet. If you recommend me an album, I&#39;ll give it a listen!</p><p>...I should probably fill this out properly at some point. I end up focusing on boring stuff when I have to write an intro like this. But hey, if you&#39;re still reading this, you made it to the end! Congrats!</p>

    I am at The Atlantis to see French stoner/doom metal band Slift. The Atlantis is the smol club next to and operated by the historic 9:30 Club... key words being NEXT TO. i just spaced out and walked into the 9:30 Club, was somehow trusted by the ticketing lady and let in, and walked into a Grateful Dead drag cover band Which I was actually considering until I saw a band I followed on the same day. I mean, this is fun as hell. But I was expecting French doom rock Still, I was tempted to stay!

    Delighted by one of the late-game highlights of my last #BandcampFriday binge. Updated #Stereolab vibes akimbo, absolutely doing her own thing but they share a love for chilled-out #krautrock beats. Which is good, the main point of the motorik beat and its siblings is that it never gets old!     Another #BandcampFriday to go hog wild on! I&#39;ll recommend this one for consideration: one part #krautrock, half a cup of #acid-folk, all wrapped up in an experimental #psychedelic jam band collective of the best sort Their approach to making music feels very reminiscent of #CAN, which from me is the highest form of compliment.     @molly0xfff It&#39;s fucking Accelerando again! It&#39;s always Accelerando! We got a short reprieve when people finally figured out NFT&#39;s were nonsense, but.. I&#39;d say @cstross has the curse of prophecy, and i&#39;d be right, but I think the curse is just understanding how these people think
