@Pixelix@mastodon.social Hi guys, would be great if we could report Pixelfed accounts if they're clearly impostor accounts. Like directly in the Pixelix app. Just saw an account with really bad AI photos of Sandra Bullock claiming to be Sandra Bullock 😅 Had to use the Pixelfed web UI to do the report. #pixelfed #pixelix

Dear #OSM #openstreetmap community, how do you usually contribute? The web UI is a bit cumbersome, even on desktop, so I've recently been contributing via #CoMaps on Android. What other apps can you recommend for contributing/updating data?

To me it's always baffling when I see people out in the wild not typewriting (10 fingers) properly. Only using 2-4 fingers for typing, staring at the keyboard. You're slow, your posture is really bad and it prevents you from clearly communicating as longer sentences/phrases are painful. Developers that don't touch type tend to not document/document less etc. Sure, AI tooling will generate code for you, but you still need to type the prompt yourself. 😅 #dev #habits #ke...

Using #Windows11 (or any #Microsoft aka #Microslop product for that matter) these days is like smoking: A bad habit! #chooselinux #foss #privacy

@Pixelix I've already sent you guys a DM on Pixelfed (with Pixelix of course), but it seems like you cannot comment on any posts anymore with the latest version.

I've never bothered with #Bluesky and I don't think I'm missing out on anything 😅

As a rather avid user of #Neovim it's refreshing to see that the core team is pretty chill! Here's an interesting video about the latest 0.12 release: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EiBg91LTOYk

Man, the archival of the nvim-treesitter repository is kinda wild. The dude that started getting hostile in a discussion should've just been banned - #FOSS maintainers shouldn't have to deal with hostile people like that. Let's try to be more civil to each other, maybe?! https://github.com/nvim-treesitter/nvim-treesitter/discussions/8627 #neovim #nvimtreesitter

Can anyone recommend a decent #FOSS video editor for #android ? Open Video Editor works, but hasn't been updated in 1 1/2 years it seems 🤔
