  I need to rant lol. Life hasn't been treating me very well lately. I've had nothing but doctors' appointments, procedures, and other stuff going on since September. I'm gonna need things to slow down a bit, please and thank you. On one hand, it's a good thing because I've gotten a lot done. On the other hand, I could use a break.   I had speech therapy this morning, then I went to the store to buy a few things, and our lovely Irish neighbors are coming over for lunch. It'll be really nice. Right after that, I have a therapy video call. I think I might sit down, relax a bit, and write a few replies afterward. I have a ton lol. Not even kidding.

  So... After three pints and some rum, I was finally wrangled into singing at karaoke tonight. A friend summoned me up to sing Bowie and Queen's Under Pressure (knowing I couldn't refuse David Bowie) with him, and then Bohemian Rhapsody after. Everyone knows I was in choir for years and also a punk band. And we heard lots of Tim Curry and Dolly tonight, too. 💔 Oof. Big oof. It only took me five years to sing. Gonna post the prompt and head to bed.

  I'm also starting new a medication today, something to go along with my SSRI to help combat its side effects, because... Damn, wow, they're bad and they've slowly been getting worse, but the SSRI is helping my anxiety and depression so much. My resting heart rate went from 88 down to 61, so you can see the difference. It's a huge change for me, and I'm so thankful for it. Crossing my fingers that the medication helps me.
