Another day. Another random find of JavaScript can be used for automation in office apps. (This time in Excel.) It has been 0 days since I stared at some JavaScript.

Been invited to a work colleague night out happening next month. It's on the same night as one of my regular Dungeons and Dragons sessions. As I won't be able to drink any alcohol, the DnD session feels a tad more appealing.

Finished off another hat for kiddo during a Dungeons and Dragons game last night. (We were introducing a friend of a friend to DnD and played through part of the Mines of Phandelver intro campaign, with it modded so that it could lead into getting the person on board with our normal Friday campaign.) And I also started another hat as well. Playing the game last night made me realise I'd really overlooked clerics and I wouldn't mind playing one some time. #knitting #dungeonsand...

Haven't been on my Steam Deck in months (due to my obsession with Marvel Rivals on PS5) so currently giving it a chance to update. One of the first things I saw when I booted was my install for Skyrim and I really don't want to fall down that rabbit hole right now.

Have managed almost three weeks without having an incident of chronic condition I was diagnosed with earlier this year. Crap at work this week caused a flare up this weekend. Wanted to make it out and about but have been unable to do so.

Last night, I started playing the new Wolverine game. This is despite all the unhappy grumbling I've read online about it. I played about two hours. I enjoyed those two hours. I'm probably going to play it some more during the evenings this week. But I am in general an X-Men and Logan fan. (Also, it was the disc version I picked up.) #videogames #wolverine #wolverineps5

I really walloped my left little toe when I got home today. I don't think it's broken, but I swore very loudly (scaring kiddo) and couldn't move myself for about five minutes. Husband has cleaned up the nail and I've used an ice pack on it for 20 minutes. Can still move it (not that it had great flexibility in the first place). It's definitely bit swollen, and I've checked the NHS website for advice, so keeping an eye on how long things last Bu...

Went to Truro Pride today with kiddo. Parade was turned into a solidarity march this year, due to gross BS that's happened locally recently. (Drag story time cancelled due to threats.) Highlight was seeing someone dressed as Spider-Man who, after the march, was happy to pose with kiddo for photos. Regardless of it being a march, it was smaller than previous years in the city. #Cornwall #PrideSeason 1/2

Planning on giving Marvel Rivals a bit more of a go. Really hard still figuring out how it works. If anyone knows of any good guides for newbies, send them my way. The several I've tried reading still assume some familiarity with the genre. #videogames #MarvelRivals

Well, here's where I get off, Evernote. I've used you for over 14 years but I'm not paying £154.90 to be able to have more than 1000 notes and AI features that I don't want to use. I'm heading for Joplin, synching with stuff I've already got. UPDATE: Now looking like Obsidian. #Evernote #end_of_evernote #joplin #Obsidian

@doug my parents had the reverse near the end of last year. RAC was increasing by several £100 and they went over to the AA instead.

When people create professional groups centred around women, but fail to account for professional women who are parents of young children or carers, when they set early evening times for things, I get pissed off. This is a sub post about one such group. It is only by pure chance of the work shift gods that my husband is available to look after kiddo during the initial, *online* meet at 6:30pm. Yes, let's create a women professionals group, and ignore a challenge for many of them.
