  @stroughtonsmith I have zero knowledge about your living situation etc, but did you try going to a physical store? In my experience (Vodafone, NL) it is an absolute nightmare to get eSIM transfers done online / via support, but a 5m job at a store.

  @stroughtonsmith I hear about how much it sucks daily from my teenage daughter. She never complained about software updates before. She is not following anybody who cares about it on social media either. I do think the suckyness is below the threshold of revolt (what would that even look like?), but I am also convinced it was a bad update for most people.

  I never answer the phone if I don’t know the number, because most are spam. But then I need to figure out if I should call back… I tried some call screening apps but they are both expensive and don’t work at all. Because I don’t have visual voicemail (thanks Vodafone), nor live voicemail or call screening (in the Netherlands, thanks Apple) I had to set up something myself. It took me a while to find something, but now I have something nicer then all those features.
