I ended up staying awake till 0430, when I finally started to be tired (after Thor and part of Thor 2). I woke at 0800 and didn&#39;t even feel that tired. I have a feeling it&#39;s going to be a long day.

OK, starting to get annoyed at @Tutanota. I created an account last Saturday and was told I can&#39;t use it till its been approved (I assume by a human) within 48 hours. OK, no problem with that, so I wait till Wednesday (I guessed 48 business hours). Wednesday, I signed in to see if any update. There isn&#39;t, but the message now tells me to send them an email to explain why I want the account. OK, I sent them an email. I&#39;ve sent two emails, neither of which is in my sent f...
