    Giving the “official” Mastodon app a run again. I’ve used Mona for ages, but the forced switch to a subscription when I’d paid for a lifetime version felt… not exactly good faith. Also seeing some annoying bugs in the newer version. Also, at least one normal Mastodon feature seems to be locked behind payment. It all leaves a bad taste. So time to try the “official” app again.

    I&amp;#39;m kind of surprised to find that there doesn&amp;#39;t appear to be an #Emacs package that provides a handy mode for editing #gophermap files. Like, sure, they&amp;#39;re not *that* tricky, but it seems like it could be (or could once have been) a handy mode. #gopher
