A new cute friend in the studio. #plushies #plushtodon #plushie only thing is that lamp button is just under their butt so turning on the lamp looks a bit… inappropriate?

Every time the f*cking WhatsApp DING sounds on my phone (Yes, I'm forced to use that damn thing for work) a bit of my freelancer soul dies inside, and I can feel it, ding by ding, rotting inside me. Every day, every hour, rain or sunny, labour or weekend, healthy or ill… I f*cking hate it.

We are having a diluvie of biblical proportions just now. After reaching sunny 26ºC, storm has come. Been pouring for more than an hour and don't seems to stop anytime soon.

Here we go. Elections in Spain in month and a half. The choice between a divided unfocused and incompetent left and a socially disconnected unscrupulous incompetent right that flirts excessively with the far right, and as 3rd option, assorted regional nationalist parties that will have a convenience marriage with whatever party concedes them more things. Sad that we must choose the lesser evil. Tactical vote it seems, because no way it will be a vote from heart. None is worthy of my vote.

Heeeere we go. Good morning to all of you.

Who has slipped on the ramp by the entrance of the building because of rain and has left all the pavement covered with epithelial cells from both knees? Any volunteer? Those cells can allow the forensic to name the culprit! Please raise the hand…

Was doing a clean up on my photo library and scrolling up I stopped by this series of #doodles made almost 12 years ago. I don't remember #drawing them, but… I made hundred of this kind of random throw away doodles each year. Most end in the recycle bin. #mastoart #illustration #cartoon #doodle

Don't get me wrong. I'm not a tireless professional. Not at all. I'm a very very tired professional who keeps pushing fordward. No one is a tireless worker. The merit is in being tired and keep working.

Before continuing to work on the afternoon, i need to declutter my mind, so i need to declutter my desk so i can focus on declutter my desktop… because excess of work leads to exponential increase of entropy and last days has been entropic as hell.

Hi there. For those who need it, I designed this "No smart glasses allowed" icon, free to use, no attribution required, as public domain. The zip file contains the icon in multiple pixel and vector formats (png, jpg, eps, svg and PDF), both colour and b&w. If anyone needs it on any other format, feel free to ask. #smartglasses #metaglasses #graphicdesign #privacy #privacymatters https://mega.nz/file/JJZmxZhb#KS2yGRFO7f3wfM_Sp2R4mpjjZ2VOvEEo2mzpAMqgzHc

This is easy and silly but for my work it opens a lot of doors for quicker and better design. A variable font that generates charts through ligatures! And work flawlessly on Affinity! Now i can easily add simple charts middle paragraph! https://franktisellano.github.io/datatype/

Hi, kids. Learn you cinematographic terms, before entering an online flame war… Adapted from: It takes the original source, and applies the needed changes to make it work on cinema medium. Based on: It takes the concept and story as a foundation and builds its own version around it. Inspired by: It takes the bare minimum to call it the thing, invents the rest. Also, better if you don't enter an on-line flame war. It is not worthy. Don't feed the trolls.

Les Jours Tristes, by Yann Tiersen, was already a piece I love, but that I only knowed on the instrumental version. Just discovered the original with lyrics and is touching me very deep inside, specially this days that i'm invested heavily in wasteness and tiresommnes. It reflects my inner thoughts very well but at the same time is a reaffirming piece, sad but encouraging. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qWZfTYho9vw

It took me more than an hour, but I tamed chaos in the mail inbox after two stressful weeks. So now I just discovered that I have 14 work orders to accomplish in the next two weeks. Again… what are those mythical "holidays" you are all talking about? Don't become a freelancer, kids!

Maybe I’m a bit overreacting but… isn’t it better than having hundred power bricks laying around on an endless electrical nightmare? This is just one big power brick with 30 outlets. Cleaner and practical for such a heavy usb user like me.

For those interested on the August #eclipse, here you have an interactive map (In Spanish) You can click any location on the path and have the timing and duration of the phenomena. Bilbao will be on the totality path, but it will last just 30 seconds, or just 9 at Getxo… maybe I'll move a bit more towards Cantabria… That, if it does not rain or cloudy, because Bilbao and August sunset time… https://www.eldiario.es/sociedad/mapa-ver-eclipse-solar-12-agosto-recorrido-visibilidad-municipio-min...

Almost all AIs can pass the Turing test nowadays. Problem is: Turing test does not evaluate if a machine can think like a human, or be creative, or intelligent. Turing test evaluate if a machine can generate human like answers that can blindly convince an evaluator more than 70% of the time over 5 minute periods. Just that. The test never intended to demonstrate real intelligence, but imitation of human speech. In fact, it doesn't evaluate if answers are correct or not, just if it pass a...
