  So a crown broke off my tooth recently and I had to have surgery to remove the root thanks to complications so was in hospital yesterday with the procedure under general anaesthetic - so LOTS of health questions (I’m mid 50’s)… What medications? None Are you mobile? Ran in the local 10k last week Blood pressure: perfect Actually left me feeling like superman 😂

  Help, went running to a “summer playlist” I made and now I’ve finished and I need to get on with the day but I’m enjoying it too much to stop! I mean I made it so it’s obviously to my taste but it just hits the warm summer morning but relaxed after an easy run feeling for me
