    Just a few random things before I crash. I got Covid, flu and shingles jabs today. I was surprised they let me do all 3 vaccines at the same time but it works for me so I went with it. I picked up my favorite boots from the repair shop and can&amp;#39;t wait to wear them again. I’m going to the OKC Philharmonic tomorrow night, so I will get my first chance to wear them again very soon. Yay! The heel broke about a year ago and I couldn&amp;#39;t let them go.     I woke up at 6… on a Saturday… on my own… with no alarm… Like an old lady. I am annoyed. I take pride in my ability to sleep until at least 10 on weekends. This better not become a thing. sleeping is my favorite part of the day.

    It&amp;#39;s raining buckets. My Uber driver, who stopped in the middle of the street instead of pulling into my driveway so I wouldn&amp;#39;t have to wade through puddles, old me I did a good job getting getting in the car all by myself like I&amp;#39;m an exceptionally clever Puppy. I am already over today. Wish I was sleeping through the rain. Working is for chumps. Thanks, capitalism.

    I filed an extension on my taxes because, procrastination. Earlier today it dawned on me that today is the 14th and my taxes are do tomorrow. Sigh. I should have just done them in April. Procrastination bites me in the ass again. When will I learn? Maybe later. See what I did there? Actually, the real answer is never. I will never learn. Adulting is so boring. Of course I never want to do it.

    It’s finally chilly in OKC and I am happilly wearing long sleeves for the first time this fall. I was very tempted to celebrate by wearing a hoodie to work but ultimaely decided that would be pushing cashual Friday a littel too far. Still, we’ve got a couple days of hoodie weather and I’m ready for it. Happy Friday all you delightfully weird people in my phone.

    Dear blind hive mind, My parents have some old family photos they want to digitize. They are not techy so this has become a task for me. Any advice on accessible scanning software? Windows or Mac is fine. Looking for the simplest way to do this. I&#39;m not concerned with editing the photos after they are scanned.
