The dominant feeling in the US today is a sense of public abandonment, that the system is rigged and no one is around to help us. Breaches of the public trust from politics to corporations to mental health to policing are so common that helplessness or vigilant action are the main responses, as Anand Giridharadas puts it. Friends, asking for accounts on Mastodon or organizations that are about low vision resources. I am losing my sight (not from macular degeneration) and want to connect with others like me. It's pretty devastating for someone who's been an artist and photographer all my life, but accessibillity options are greatly improving. Currently using Zoom, Magnify and VoiceOver on the iphone. Looking for connection and inspiration and your well wishes too! #lowvision #accessibility

If we could continue the clean energy transition we'd get ahead of high gas prices and fossil fuel monopolies. Prove me wrong! #governor #greenEnergy #cleanEner...
