    @ManyRoads @otownKim@toot.community @GreenFire I have no choice at this point. The stress finally got to the point where I have to do serious work on my mental health. Pro tip: Look into CPTSD and IFS. If you have one, you&amp;#39;re probably going to need the other. Or something.
